  • 1 small green pepper, chopped (optional, traditional in some regions)
  • 2 cups (480 ml) chicken broth or water
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  • 1 cup (240 ml) sour cream
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour (optional, for thickening)
