Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or a similar baking dish. - Mix Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.
Add the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
Stir in the shredded coconut until evenly distributed. - Pour and Bake:
Pour the batter into the prepared pie dish.
Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set. A knife inserted near the center should come out clean. - Cool:
